The cutting valve allows immediate dosing directly into molds, trays or thermo-forming machines without pre-batching. Fresh meat, raw fruit and vegetable salads, vegetables or chunks of ham up to 500 g are serial portioned on one to four lanes, including separating chunky products with a pulling cut into portions.

The SV 425 cutting valve portions large chunks of ham directly into containers such as molds or trays, or pre-batches them for thermo-forming machines.
